House rules

We strive to make every guest who stays with us feel beautiful and carefree. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the house rules.

By confirming your reservation, it is understood that you are aware of the house rules and will abide by them.

GUEST ARRIVAL

– Check-in is after 14:00. Earlier arrival is possible by arrangement if the apartment is free in the morning.

– You will collect a key upon check-in. Please lock the house and keep the keys safe and on your person at all times. Please hand them over to the host at check-out or on the day of departure, or leave them in an agreed place. Any loss of keys will be charged to the guest 15 € / key.

GUEST DEPARTURE

– Check-out and departure by 10:00 unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
– For shorter stays than originally agreed with the reservation, daily rates will be charged according to the current price list.
– Upon departure, the guest shall check with the owner that the accommodation, equipment and utensils correspond to the inventory taken.
– The guest is obliged to make good any damage caused during his/her stay to furniture, floors, windows, doors, equipment or to the property itself and its surroundings (e.g. garden, corridor, etc.), or to reimburse a sum of money before departure.
– The guest shall pay the owner for the services related to the guest’s stay and compensation for damages.
– In case of early departure, the guest must announce his/her departure at least one day before departure by 10.00 a.m. Otherwise, an additional day will be charged according to the price list.
– Please check all rooms on departure in case of forgotten items.
– Please do not leave any food, rubbish or waste in the apartments, dishes should be washed, dried and put in the cupboards otherwise the guest will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 50 €.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

All changes, cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing via email or via the agent where the booking was made, in accordance with the agent’s terms and conditions.

Cancellation periods:

Guests can cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival free of charge.

The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival.

For some cancellations, different conditions apply for the refund of the deposit (e.g. illness, force majeure, etc.).

GENERAL

– Please keep the apartment doors locked, windows closed, lights and all electrical appliances (TV, stove) switched off and the water turned off while you are away.

– Please do not use hot water unnecessarily and do not throw away towels after the first use.
– Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
– Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
– Please separate waste.

– Towels and bed linen are changed once a week or by arrangement.

– The landlord accepts no responsibility for money, jewellery, securities and other items kept by guests in the apartments and cars.

– Free parking is available for guests. The owner accepts no responsibility for the safety of the vehicles, any damage to the vehicles or items stored in the vehicles.
– Free WIFI is available in the apartments. You will find the username and password on the specially printed instructions in the apartments.
– The owner of the property has the right to enter the apartment in the absence of the guest, in special circumstances, to prevent any damage or danger.
– Please do not disturb the peace and order of the apartment and respect the rules set out above, especially during the night hours (22:00 to 06:00). Please be considerate of your neighbours.
– In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, the owner has the right to cancel the guest’s further stay in the apartment, without refunding the rental costs.

FIRE REGULATIONS

– Inform yourself about the location of the fire extinguisher.

– If you see a fire, call the fire brigade immediately on 112. In case of fire, leave the house as soon as possible.

– Use fire extinguishers as instructed. Misuse of the extinguisher will incur a charge.

– Please take care when cooking. Always make sure you switch off the electrical panel before leaving the apartment.

– It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable, explosive or odorous substances into the apartment.

By confirming your reservation, you confirm that you are aware of the house rules and that you agree to abide by them in full. In the event of a breach of the house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest’s stay and charge the guest for the full cost of the accommodation, regardless of the shorter stay.

We reserve the right to change the house rules.
